Data collection
All data from users of the Website is collected in two ways:
- Information provided voluntarily by the user – we ask users using registration and contact forms to provide personal information,
- Information obtained during the use of the Service – among them may be:
- Information in server logs – our servers automatically record such data as the page request sent by the user, the date and time of the request and the sending of the response, browser type, browser language, operating system type,
- Information collected by the Google Analytics tool in the process of monitoring website visit statistics,
- IP address – each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, i.e. an IP address; based on this number, for example, it is possible to identify the country from which a user connects to the network,
- Text files (cookies) sent to your computer when you visit a website.

Personal information
During your use of the Site, you may be asked to provide some personal data by, among other things, filling out a contact form. In each such case you will be informed about: the administrator of your personal data, the purpose of data collection and your rights.
We always require only those data that are necessary for the operation of the Service. Failure to provide the required data will block the activity to which it pertains.
Cookie mechanism
- Your web browser may store cookies on your computer. The cookies contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Website.
- The content of the cookies does not allow to identify the user.
- By means of cookies, personal data of users of the Website are not processed or stored.
- STAPAR Sp. z o.o. stores cookies on users’ computers for the following purposes:
- Properly tailor the Service to users’ needs,
- To remember user preferences and individual settings,
- To create viewing statistics for the Website.
- The user has the ability to configure the Internet browser in such a way as to completely or partially disable the storage of cookies on the computer’s hard drive. The effect of the change may be the loss of the ability to use certain functionalities of the Website.
Use of data
- The data collected on our Service is used to provide certain services to our users and for administrative and statistical purposes, as well as to protect the Service.

- The data is also used for advertising purposes (remarketing activities) to tailor advertising messages to users’ preferences, including in ads aired with third-party partners. This type of information is anonymous and does not contain any personal information.
- On the basis of information obtained through the Service, STAPAR Sp. z o.o. may prepare aggregate statistical summaries, which may be made available to third parties. However, such compilations do not contain any data allowing identification of individual users.
- STAPAR Sp. z o.o. provides users with the exercise of rights under the provisions of Chapter III of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Dz. Urz. EU L 119, 04.05.2016), in particular the right to inspect their own data, the right to revoke at any time their consent to the processing of personal data concerning them, the right to request updates to their data, and the right to object to the processing of their data in the cases specified in the provisions of this law.
Security
- We make every effort to protect the Service from unauthorized access by third parties. For this purpose, we use, among others, firewalls, server security devices, encryption devices and physical security measures.
- The services do, however, contain links to other websites. We recommend that after going to other websites, you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies in force there.

Users of the Website may change their cookie settings at any time.
